According to the video posted by Joe Igbokwe, a Commissioner in Lagos State explained the reason for their rascally behaviour in the background.
The bags were said to contain reading materials suspected to be needed by the lawyers in the course of their professions.
At the point of registration, the lawyers protested the refusal of the officials to share the bags which resulted in their action.
A background voice in the video stated reasons why professionals had to go haywire that they had to disorganise the event which was in progress at the Eko Hotel, Lagos.
