Presidential candidates of the Labour Party, LP, Peter Obi and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar attended the he Annual General Meeting, AGM, of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, holding at the Eko Hotels, Lagos state.
The vice-presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Kashim Shettima, was also present at the event to represent the presidential candidate of the party, Bola Tinubu.
The 2022 NBA AGM is themed “BOLD Transitions” and its General Conference was expected to hold between August 19 to 26, with the opening ceremony happening today.
Also present at the event are Governors Solomon Lalong and Godwin Obaseki of Plateau and Edo states respectively. The Lagos State Attorney General, Moyosore Onigbanjo is representing Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of the state, while the Chief Judge of the state, Kazeem Alogba, is also present.
The Keynote Speaker at the event is the award-winning Nigerian writer, Chimamanda Adichie.
