The FIRS Boss was shot dead while another operative of the FIRS was killed on their way to the FCT on Sunday 7th August, 2022.
The FIRS Director was terminated alongside another staff of the service who was on transit with him. He died having secured injuries owing to the attack that took place in Saminaka village of Lapal Loca Area in Niger.
One Lawal, from Lafiagi, Kwara State unfortunately ran into the unknown bullets on the Hilux he was traveling in.
FIRS authorities have confirmed the incident.
