2 min read

The Publisher of Sahara Reporters and convener of the RevolutionNow movement has in a meeting with the newly minted Nigerian lawyers admonished against the commercialization of law practice in the country.

In his words “Law should not be about money alone. It should not be about being part of the oppressive relative system system in this country. I have been into a lot of court rooms in Nigeria and you guys know. It is not the best lawyers that always win in court.

Sowore further admonished the lawyers to explore into the grassroots and do everything possible to make the residents of those areas come to the realization of the fact that the country is falling apart.

He also seized the opportunity to reinstate his believe in One Nigeria. He said nobody can safe a country whose leadership is driving it to extinction, ” they are driving Nigeria into an accident that it cannot survive. I don’t want it to happen. I believe in a Nigeria that is even bigger than this. I want a united Africa” he said.
